Return & Exchange Policy
At SHRYNA, we take pride in offering high-quality jewellery crafted with care and precision. To maintain product quality and hygiene standards, we follow a strict Exchange Only Policy.
1. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products once they are delivered. Customers are requested to review product details carefully before placing an order.
2. Exchange Policy
We allow exchange only within 5 days of delivery under the following conditions:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- The product will be exchanged in only case, if a different or damaged product is delivered.
- The item must be returned with original packaging, tags, and invoice.
- Exchange requests must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery.
3. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any exchange request, customers must record a clear unboxing video while opening the package.
The video must show:
- The sealed package before opening
- The entire unboxing process
- The product clearly visible in the video
This helps us verify the product condition and prevent fraudulent claims.
4. How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange request:
- Record the unboxing video.
- Share the video along with your Order ID.

Our team will review the request and respond within 24–48 hours.
5. Exchange Approval
Once your request is approved:
- You will receive instructions for return shipping.
- After the product passes our quality inspection, we will ship the replacement product.
6. Exchange Not Applicable In These Cases
Exchange will not be accepted if:
- The exchange request is made after 5 days of delivery
- Unboxing video is not provided
- The product is used, damaged, or altered
- The original packaging or invoice is missing
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges for exchange (if applicable) will be informed by our support team during the exchange process.
